SHAPE BODY action – let’s run!

May is a perfect month to start your running adventure. There are more and more (hurray!) Poles running.

Among them there also are those who 1-2 years ago thought it was a crazy idea, boring, nightmare and never to try! Until they tried it themselves, and now, they can’t live without this ‘nightmare’.

Of course, I don’t want to talk all of you into running. Nothing by force though. Perhaps other sports activities are better, more interesting or pleasant for you. But if you have ever thought about running, and you see yourself on the track in your mind – try it! Maybe you’ll be bitten by a running bug. Maybe you’ll join other marathoners, or just love morning runs for a few kilometres that will give you a good portion of endorphins for the whole day.

Today I’m going to show you a running plan for people who have never run that much. You should let your body get used to this specific type of effort. Running according to the plan you’ll not hurt yourself and you’ll not experience discouragement that affects a lot of people who are trying to start running long distances at once.

Remember to warm up before your start and do stretching exercises after each run.
