Anti-Inflammatory Golden Latte
I have recently shown you a few ideas for preparing coffee in a slightly different version than the traditional black one (you can find them e.g. HERE and HERE). And today I want to share another recipe with you. This time it’s latte with turmeric, cinnamon, and vanilla. Winter chill won’t go away and using a variety of spices to warm ourselves up a bit is definitely the way to go ?
Preparation:
I cooked plant milk over low heat with the vanilla pod. Then I added the cinnamon, sugar, and oil. I brought it to the boil, took out the vanilla pod and transferred the milk into the blender. Next, I added the espresso and the turmeric. I blended the mixture and poured it into glasses. Ready!
