Anti-inflammatory nettle salad

The nettle is on of the most valuable plants used in phytotherapy. The studies carried out so far demonstrated its antioxidant, anti inflammatory, hypoglycemic and hypocholesterolemic properties. The nettle is also used in the treatment of urological diseases. So why not to use it in our kitchen? It is characterized by a high content of vitamins (such as: vitamin C, K and B5) and minerals (e.g. iron, zinc, manganese, copper) and other organic compounds. I would like to encourage you to carry out your own culinary experiments with nettle. However, today I offer you a recipe for nettle salad.

PREPARATION:

I peeled and diced avocado and kohlrabi. I cut onion into slices. I placed the salad ingredients into a bowl and mixed them all. I blended the sauce ingredients in a cup and drizzled over salad. At the end I sprinkled with sesame seeds.
