Autumn breakfast with pumpkin mousse , almond butter and fruits
Bored with breakfasts, do you fancy something different than eggs, meat or oatmeal?
It’s still a good time for a pumpkin! 🙂 Its nutritional values are invaluable, so take advantage of this season to the limit 🙂 Pumpkin is a good source of iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. It is low calorie and easily digestible, so it can be safely used during slimming diets. Contains carotene – the more orange the color of the flesh the more carotene it contains.
With what did i mix the pumpkin?
With forest fruits, which should be included in the menu, not only because of the lower content of harmful substances and artificial fertilizers or a small amount of calories, but because they contain a lot of vitamins, including. A, C, E and many of the group B. They are also rich in minerals: phosphorus, sodium, iron, sulfur, calcium and potassium.
