Autumn Peach & Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkin is the true queen of autumn vegetables, rich in vitamins A, C, and fiber. I recommend roasting it to get the best out of its taste and flavor. And then you can use it for various dishes: e.g. in an autumn smoothie 🙂

Preparation:
I cut the pumpkin into thick slices, placed it on a baking tray and roasted it at 180°C (until it became soft). I blended the pumpkin with all the remaining ingredients and a little water.
