Muffins With Blueberries

Today a recipe for muffins and blueberries lovers 🙂

I love blueberries since i was a kid, I loved collecting them in the woods, and then eating them right away.

I recommend blueberries because of the health properties. A kilogram of these small purple fruits contains: 5.82 g of protein, 132 g of carbohydrates and 291 g of minerals: calcium 7.5 mg, iron 7.18 mg, copper 1.10 mg and phosphorus 88.3 mg. They will also provide us with vitamins A, B1, B6, B2, C and PP.

Muffins With Blueberries

Preparation:

Rinse the millet twice. Then boil it in a 1: 2 ratio until the water will be absorbed. Place all the ingredients except the berries into the blender. Mix and then add the berries and stir. Place the dough into baking molds and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
