Gluten-Free Banana Bread

There’s more and more sunshine every single day so it’s no wonder you prefer spending your time outdoors rather than cooking. And as usual, here I come with my ideas and solutions which I’m happy to share with you. Today I have a recipe for super quick gluten-free banana bread which takes only a moment to prepare (not counting the baking time but fortunately you don’t have to participate in this process ;)).

Once you’ve made it, you can use this banana bread in a variety of ways, which will save time preparing new dishes. It can be great for example as 

  • a side dish for your lunchbox to work or school;
  • a healthy dessert;
  • a part of a pre-workout meal;
  • a snack. 

 

Preparation: 

I mashed the bananas with a fork (leaving a few slices for decoration). I separated the egg whites from the yolks. I beat the egg until stiff. Then I mixed all the ingredients until smooth, and transferred the mixture into a baking mold. I decorated the cake with banana slices and baked it for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.

I also have good news for those who want to speed up the preparation process even more—you can skip beating the egg whites ;). Enjoy your meal!
