Our Back to the Roots Challenge is Over Now!
The Back to the Roots challenge is over! It was an amazing time spent working out and together, sharing a whole lot of healthy recipes and cooking live! I’m so glad you were with me. I know from your reports and messages that Moroccan-style porridge has won your hearts! You can find the recipe HERE!
What’s more, remember that you can still use the e-books with recipes and accompanying shopping lists HERE!
Congratulations on every workout you did and every healthy meal you had! I hope you remembered to relax and recharge your batteries as it’s also part of a healthy lifestyle! 🙂
I do believe you have built the habit of regular training because the end of the challenge does not mean the end of activity! On the contrary. Spring has come!
IN SPRING AND SUMMER, THE AMOUNT OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WE DO ALWAYS INCREASES, ALSO OUTDOORS!
You know that I usually exercise at home or in the gym, but it’s not a secret that at some point these conditions may no longer be enough for us. Meanwhile, there are plenty of opportunities outdoors that can help us diversify our daily training and… boost it even more!
How can you exercise outdoors? There are many options:
- walking and brisk walking
- running
- bicycle
- roller skates or skateboards
- fitness or yoga in the park or garden (invite your friends!)
- outdoor gyms
- Nordic walking
- tennis or badminton
- football or volleyball with friends
I know that there’s no need to encourage you any more to spend time outdoors, but there is still one argument that I have to mention! It is the essential vitamin D which plays an extremely important part in the functioning of our body, and is produced when our skin is exposed to sunlight. You can read more about it HERE.
Enjoy your workouts!
