Let’s be OPTIMISTIC
ATTENTION I AM OPTIMIST!
There is always a good time for change, even during the fall.
After summer and holidays we should be rested and happy. The sun, the time we spent with our loved ones away from work and daily duties, charged us with positive energy and optimism. Remember how many times you came back from your important leave, determined to take new action and take up challenges? Full of enthusiasm you go to battle, and charged with positive energy batteries help you overcome obstacles and fight difficulties.
In the autumn time, however, often the smile disappears from your face, and with it your super power. Head’s up! Do not break downl, dont let the autumn clouds get you and move forward. I have always believed that ordinary people achieve success with extraordinary determination 🙂 And you too have it, but do not lose faith in success.
Never give up!
Remember that the way to reach your goal is not all similes ang hugs. This is often a real obstacle course. At every turn there may be moments of weakness, small excuses and difficulties that distract you from victory. Do not lose faith!
THINK POSITIVE, BECAUSE WHY SHOULD YOU THINK NEGATIVE?
If you have not started yet, then from now on:
- Search for the positives
- Find positives in others
- Tell others about their positives
- Praise positive attitudes
- Share good energy
- Try to be inspired
It works! Even if you stand up with your left foot, do not waste that day. Make a few sit-ups, take a walk, take a cool shower and smile in the mirror!
From now on we are avoiding , laziness, criticism, and whining!
I guarantee – with such an attitude you are more likely to motivate yourself for any action! You will soon notice that people smile to you and the sun shines even in autumn and winter days.
Are you in?
Tell someone something nice – every day: your husband, friend, lady in the shop, neighbor, less familiar person at work or the person you pass in the park path during your morning workout. You will not be left without an answer :). Smile at the gym to the person exercising next, add strength and say “good job”, “nice day”
That’s how the batteries are charged!
GO FOR IT!
