Banana cake/bread without milk and eggs
I’ve huddled bananas in a cup.
In the second small cup I’ve made so called “chia egg” – egg replacement.
I’ve put seeds into the cup, covered with boiling water and set aside for two minutes.
It came to a “gummy” substance, which will cement ingredients together (I recommend this for baking)
To the banana cup I’ve added all other ingredients and mixed steered together.
The whole substance I’ve put into a small form (lined with baking paper) and baked at 180 degrees Celsius for fifteen to sixteen minutes.
You can have it in many different ways. Maybe as your morning bread? 🙂
