Banana Dessert

Hello my sweethearts 🙂 Sunday is a perfect day for a dessert, don’t you think? No matter how much time you have, whether you like cooking or not, this sweet snack is always a good choice!  You just have to blend all the ingredients and that’s it. Even if you don’t have some of the ingredients, you can just use your imagination and add nuts instead of almond spread or replace cocoa with carob if you’re allergic to it. Enjoy!

 

Preparation:

I blended the banana with coconut milk, added some xylitol and almond spread. I transferred half of the mousse into a glass, then mixed the other half with cocoa. I put the cocoa mousse onto the first part and sprinkled the top with grated chocolate.
