What is it exactly, and why do I suggest you start using it?

Preparation:

First, scald the dates (for about 15 minutes). Next, put the banana into a blender, add coconut milk, pitted dates, cocoa, and – optionally – a teaspoon of powdered maca root.  Finally, blend it all together, pour into a glass, and put in the fridge.
