Banana Pancakes
We all sometimes have a craving for something sweet from time to time – it’s completely normal. There is also room for such flavors in a healthy, balanced menu. You know that I believe that healthy food should also be good! Therefore, if you have been craving something sweet for some time, check out this breakfast idea. Banana pancakes, based on oat flakes are loved by adults and children alike. They can also be a pre-workout meal. What’s more, the recipe is perfect for those on a dairy-free and lactose-free diet!
Preparation:
I mashed the banana with a fork and mixed it with oat flakes, egg, almond drink, and cardamom. I formed pancakes and fried them in hot oil. I cut the figs into quarters and arranged them with pancakes on a plate. I sprinkled the meal with date syrup and goji berries. They taste great!
