Smashed Avocado Toast with Soft Boiled Egg

Who doesn’t like no-fuss and quick breakfasts!? I know that these are the factors you care about when choosing a recipe. That is why I want to share with you one of the favorite dishes of my Diet&Training by Ann team. This breakfast consists of just 5 main ingredients: bread, egg, avocado, cherry tomatoes and lemon. Quick, healthy and tasty—no downsides here! 🙂 What’s more, if you want a more protein-fat version, you can replace the rye bread with grain-only bread or just omit it.

 

Preparation:

I soft-boiled the egg and toasted the bread. I mashed the avocado with a fork and mixed it with spices and lemon juice. I spread the toast with the avocado mixture, put halved cherry tomatoes on top, and I served it with the boiled egg. Enjoy!
