Beef Stew
You often ask me for traditional lunch recipes. So, I decided to prepare one for you and it’s going to be a beef stew. It’s one of those one-pot meals, so you can keep your kitchen clean while preparing the lunch for your family 🙂 What’s more, you don’t need any special equipment to prepare it – a saucepan, a cutting board, a knife, and a spoon for stirring are enough! The days are becoming shorter now so it’s a great alternative to save your precious time.
Preparation:
I diced the beef, sprinkled it with salt, pepper, thyme, and fried it on hot oil with allspice and bay leaves. Then I diced the onions, carrots, and red pepper. I added the vegetables to the meat and stewed for about 20 minutes. Then I added sweet paprika and chili and cooked for a few minutes more.
