Potato Pancakes with Black Garlic Paste

One of my favorite childhood foods and an absolute hit in our home – potato pancakes! I love experimenting with variations on traditional recipes in my cooking so I decided to use some pumpkin here. I also added black garlic paste which I highly recommend. It has a much milder taste than raw white garlic, and at the same time retains all the valuable anti-inflammatory and bactericidal properties. It’s another good product that helps you strengthen your immunity ?

 

Preparation:

I peeled the potatoes and the pumpkin and grated them, then put them aside for a few minutes and squeezed out excess water. I finely chopped the onion. Next, I mixed all the vegetables with an egg, stirred in the potato flour and the cinnamon. I heated the clarified butter on a pan, scooped the batter and fried crispy pancakes on both sides. I topped them with black garlic paste. Yummy! ?
