Beetroot, Pineapple & Cranberry Smoothie

I would say that beetroot is one of the most nutritious seasonal vegetables that is really worth reaching for in autumn and winter. It is a valuable source of B vitamins, including folic acid, as well as potassium and antioxidants, which positively affect not only our health, but also our beauty. I know that not all of you like its quite distinctive taste. That’s why I have a recipe for you to try it in a sweet version mixed in a smoothie! I think it’s a great idea to sneak vegetables into your diet. The natural sweetness of pineapple and tangy cranberries go really well with beetroot. You don’t have to believe me, just check it out for yourself!

 

Preparation:

I blended the boiled beetroot with fruit and coconut drink. If you prefer thicker smoothies, this version will be perfect for you, but you can also add water if necessary.
