Breakfast Almond Pancakes with Mousse

Today I have a recipe for yummy pancakes for both the little and the big ones ? They are great for a family breakfast. This time I used almonds which have a lot of health benefits. Almonds contain vitamins, such as B2, B3, E as well as potassium, magnesium, and fiber. They are also rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Thanks to all those nutrients they can prevent e.g. heart diseases, and they also benefit the nervous system.

 

Preparation:

I combined all the ingredients. Then I melted the clarified butter in a pan and fried small pancakes on both sides. I served them with apple mousse (you will find the recipe HERE) and almond flakes.
