Beetroot Consomme
Are bored of the traditional broth? I suggest a small modification that will add to it not only the unique taste, but also a new color. Consomme with beetroots? Why not?
Beetroots and their values are known since ages. They regulate the digestive system, helping to remove toxins from the body, they are alkaline. They stimulate and strengthen the intestine,they support the work of the kidneys and liver. The juice from fresh beets strongly cleanses and strengthens the blood. They are recommended for treatment of gastrological diseases. They contain fiber and they are helping your digestion. They are rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, cobalt, iron, manganese, vitamins A, C and B1.
Beetroot Consomme
Boil 3l of water and add the ingredients, in order, every minute:
Cook it for 1,5h. Take out the meat and vegetables, diced it. At the end add 3 tablespoons of Beetroot Lio Shake.
Place the meat and vegetables in the serving bowls, add consomme.
Ready to eat!:)
