Carrot cream with chocolate for a cold days

During autumn we often hear about the decline or lack of power, energy and joy. Days are  shorter, temperatures are lower. And us? We seek ways to warm up and improve our mood.

I will suggest something that will warm you up, and through the addition of chocolate, I hope it will also cause a smile on your face 🙂 What do you say about the combination of carrot cream with dark chocolate? 🙂 Together with warming spices it is  perfect for the current weather.

Preparation:
Dice the onion, squeeze garlic, grate the ginger. Simmer on a hot pan with ghee butter. Peel the carrot skin and cut the carrots into slices, add to the pan.
After 5 minutes add the broth, spices and coconut sugar. Cook until the carrots will be soft.
Blend all the ingredients – depending on what consistency you want to get, add or drain water.
At the end grate the chocolate and together with the roasted sunflower seed sprinkle on the soup.
