Catch a wrap for lunch!
Today there will be a recipe that can be used either as a lunch meal, a snack after a workout or a lunchbox meal. Gluten free wrap, my suggestion 🙂
Preparation:
Cook quinoa. In the meantime, dice the cooked beetroot, shred the carrot on a grater, and cut the cabbage into strips. Then mix the vegetables in a bowl with cooked quinoa. Prepare the dressing in a cup by mixing all the ingredients. Then pour the mixture on to the quinoa with veggies. Add sunflower seeds.
Place few spinach leaves on the tortillas, then add the stuffing. Wrap it and enjoy!
