Cod Ceviche
Ceviche is a healthy way to prepare raw fish. It involves marinating the fish in lemon juice with the addition of oriental flavors that dominate in the dish. It is healthy dish and easy to digest.
Cod Ceviche
Ingredients:
- 200 – 250 grams of fresh cod fillet
- 1 small green cucumber
- piece of chili pepper
- 1 lime or lemon
- 1 avocado
- handful of coriander
- sea salt and black pepper
Preparation:
Thoroughly wash cod fillet and remove any skin. Cut it into small pieces – 2 cm by 2 cm and pour into a bowl with lemon juice (you can use lime). Add sea salt, pepper and finely chopped coriander leaves and finely chopped chili. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 h approx. Such a method of pickling causes protein shear similar to that which occurs during cooking.
After marinating cut cucumber and avocado into pieces and add to the fish.
Serve in small bowls.
