Cheesecake with vegan yogurt and homemade jelly for Grandparents Day!

Tomorrow its Grandmother’s Day! And that Granny is cool , just as mine 🙂

Therefore, its good to prepare something sweet and healthy for our Grandmothers … 🙂

The recipe is simple and quick, each grandchild can use it in this solemn day :).

And we should also honor our grandfather, we will have enough cheesecake for him.

Cold cheesecake with a delicious homemadejelly with forest fruits. The recipe is very simple and should not cause any trouble.

I would recommend  to prepare jelly yourself, instead of buying ready-made one at the store. It’s quick to prepare and incomparably healthier 🙂

Cheesecake with vegan yogurt and homemade jelly 

Preparation: 

Mix all the ingredients for the dough and put in the fridge for 1 hour. During this time, prepare the central part of cheesecake, heating all the ingredients in the pot over low heat, stirring occasionally. Leave to cool for a minute, but so briefly so the mass will not manage to set. Pour the white part on top of the dough and put it back in the refrigerator. Now time for jelly. Like the middle, heat up the ingredients over low heat. At the end pour the jelly on top of the prepared dough. You can decorate with additional fruits:) After preparing all layers keep in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

Really tasty! We found that there was not enough Agar Agar in the yoghurt blend. What size of dish did you use Anna? Cheeers Kevin
