Date Cookies

Everyone has a craving for something sweet from time to time – and so do I! In such cases, I like to use tried and tested, quick recipes, exactly like this one. The core ingredients are dried dates, which are great for healthy, sweet snacks. They are also a great source of potassium and improve the functioning of the digestive system. Most often, I use them cold – you certainly remember the power balls (the recipe can be found HERE). This time, however, I have prepared a baked version for you, with the addition of gluten-free oat flakes, coconut flakes, and almond flakes. Check out how tasty they are!

Preparation:

I soaked the dates in water for 15 minutes. Then I blended all the ingredients and formed cookies. I baked them at 150°C for about 10 minutes. Isn’t it super quick? Enjoy! 🙂
