CHICKEN COUTLETS NOT ONLY FOR KIDS

Want to feel as strong as Popeyes? Eat spinach! 🙂

Spinach is often associated with something that we used to hate as kids. But if you prepare it in a right way it’s delicious 🙂

Spinach is a source for minerals. It’s rich in iron, calcium and vitamins: E, K, C, B1, B2, B6. It’s also rich in antioxidants which help our immune system fight with viruses and bacteria.

Today’s recipe makes for healthy, poultry coutlets with spinach. Be aware: buy poultry from recommended suppliers. Chemicals are most often found in this meat.

How to do it:

Grind the meat. Grate onion, garlic and zucchini. Chop spinach finely. Mix meat, vegetables, egg and spices. Form coutlets. Melt coconut oil on a pan (low heat). Fry the coutlets on a medium heat, a few minutes on each side. They taste best when made by whole family :).
