Chinese Style Noodles
Let’s continue our cooking experiments! Do you like world cuisines? Sometimes I go for a bit different flavors and combinations. Recently, I have chosen some tastes from the Far East. The pros of the dish? Fast and easy! Ah! and you must add spiruline, I promise you won’t regret it. You can read more on its properties e.g. HERE.
Preparation:
Dice the onion and zucchini. Simmer the spinach with the onion and zucchini in clarified butter. Dice the chicken breast and fry with spices on another skillet in clarified butter (you can also use olive oil instead). Next, put everything into one pan, cover with coconut milk and stew for a few minutes. At the end, add some spirulina. Serve with cooked noodles.
