Grilled chicken in lettuce mix with sour – sweet – spicy dressing

In restaurants we usually order what we already know and what we like.
Chicken salad is one of the more frequently chosen dishes – I like it too, but is making it at home come in the same way as in a restaurant?

The simplest dishes are usually the most liked 🙂

That’s right – it’s all about it;)

Grilled Chicken Salad – It’s so simple and yet, you have to work a bit to combine the flavors
I’ve experimented a bit and … I have succeeded.

Preparations:

Wash the the chicken breast, dry in the paper towel and put it in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, sweet pepper, thyme and basil and then add olive oil. Let it marinade for about about 1 hour.
In the meantime warm up the frying pan and fry the chickec without fat (you can also bake in the oven). Once done, cut into  slices.
Place green salad mix into a bowl, as well as grated carrot and parsley. Add green cucumber, roasted sunflower seeds and sliced avocado.
Dressing:
Cut chilli peppers in half and remove the seeds. Diced it. Add rice vinegar into the pot, add grated ginger, chilli and garlic. Add coconut sugar a pinch of salt and potato flour. Cook for about 5 minutes. At the end add a few drops of lime / lemon
