Avocado and shrimps cold soup

We have to stop kidding ourselves, the autumn is here. This season, however, has its charm. Charm, and above all, tasty dishes prepared in this period. However, I did make the cold soup for the last time, soon  I replace it with the warming soup with aromatic spices.

Avocado and shrimps cold soup

Preparation:
Peel the avocado, remove the seed and sprinkle it with lemon juice. Then dice it together with cucumber. Add  yogurt, basil, sea salt and pepper. Mix it and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes In the pan heat the olive oil, squeeze some garlic and add  shrimps. Simmer them on medium heat, add salt and pepper. Once done add the shrips to the cold soup.
