Chocolate Rice with Raspberries

If you have little time to cook in the morning, and you want to make sure that no one leaves the house without breakfast, you can prepare the evening before, because it tastes just as good when served cold. What’s more, there’s no need to convince anyone to have breakfast like this one!

Preparation:
Before cooking, I rinsed the rice under cold running water. Then I cooked it in the coconut drink, according to the recipe on the packaging, making sure not to overcook it. I split the vanilla pod and scraped out the seeds. I added the vanilla and honey to the cooked rice and mixed it all together. I divided the rice into two parts. I added crushed chocolate to one of the parts and slightly heated the rice until the chocolate melted. I mixed it thoroughly. At the bottom of the cup I put a portion of vanilla rice, and then a portion of chocolate rice. I decorated the two-layer dessert with raspberries. Yummy!
