Chocolate Souffle
Cheesecakes, poppyseed cakes, or gingerbread are the most common on our Christmas tables. How about a small change? Chocolate that melts in your mouth and cinnamon flavor mmm… it’s pure pleasure for my palate! I’m a bit ashamed to admit that I have a great weakness for this recipe. I never have enough of it during Christmas time 🙂
Preparation:
I soaked the dates in hot water for about 15 minutes. I blended all the ingredients, transferred the dough into muffin cups and put two pieces of chocolate into each one. I baked the souffles at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
