Christmas Banana Brownie

Christmas is around the corner and soon we’ll wind up in our kitchens preparing delicacies for the Christmas table. It’s worth trying to make them not only tasty but also healthy. How about a cake with bananas, cocoa and chocolate? Mmm… A perfect match ? And healthy, too!

 

Preparation:

I put the chocolate, clarified butter and sugar in a pot and melted. I blended the bananas. Then I whipped the egg whites. I thoroughly combined all the ingredients and transferred the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper. I decorated the cake with banana slices and baked it at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
