Christmas flavor for breakfast, porridge with caramelized pear and spices
It’s hard to imagine Christmas without Christmas spices 🙂 they give a unique flavor and Christmas scent. They are also an addition to popular winter teas.
Christmas spices, because of the warming effect are present in my kitchen throughout the winter, but it is during the Christmas season that I use them the most in pastries and many other dishes.
Spices include, for example: cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves or saffron.
Today we have Christmas flavor for breakfast, it is a porridge with caramelized pear and spices
Preparation:
Cook the oats in the milk. Warm up the coconut oil in the pan, add peeled pear and peaches cut into triangles. Delicately caramelize the fruits on each side, sprinkle with coconut sugar.
Place it in a bowl and sprinkle with pomegranate and spices.
