SPINACH OMELETTE

Perfect breakfast and perfect dinner 🙂 It’s a one-size-fits-all and yummy meal 🙂

Put eggs, milk and spices into a bowl. Whisk them finely. Clean spinach, peel the onion and cut if finely. Take half of avocado and chop it. Preheat oil in the pan, add eggs and after 30 seconds add spinach, onion, a few cherry tomatoes (cut in half) and feta. Eggs start to congeal after 4-5 minutes – it’s the time to add avocado. Fold it in half and keep on the hear for a minute more, covered. Serve with the other half of sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
