Christmas Lamb in Herbs

Christmas is round the corner and I’ve already published lots of recipes here which you can use during this magical time. Cooking for my loved ones always gives me a lot of joy and I hope I can help you feel the same, too 🙂 Nothing can beat a meal prepared with your heart. Today it is lamb in herbs.

 

Preparation:

I  mixed herbs with the oil and pressed garlic. I marinated the lamb and refrigerated overnight. Next day, I melted the butter in a pan and fried the meat on both sides. Then I transferred it into a casserole dish, poured in the bouillon and rosemary sprigs and roasted at 180°C for about 1,5-2 hours. I combined all the sauce ingredients and poured it over the ribs when the meat was ready.
