Gluten-free cake with strawberries

Eat strawberries! Now! Fresh seasonal fruit give us almost all vitamins, they are rich in minerals and soluble fiber.

They are not too much caloric, although they are sweet in taste. Remember that our body needs good ‘fuel’ in order to function properly. Today sweet strawberries 🙂

Cook millet in 2 cups of water. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add sugar and cocoa. Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla with cooled millet. Next add butter, milk and vinegar. Gently stir eggs into the mixture. Put it into the cake tin. Bake for 1 hour in 180°C with hot air.
