Cocoa & Nuts Pudding
Is pudding also a taste of your childhood…? How about an unusual millet version of this dessert? Lovers of sweetness and chocolate will certainly like today’s recipe, and most importantly – it does not contain added white sugar, the consumption of which should be limited to a minimum.
Sweet, tasty, and healthy: this is probably the best combination! 🙂
Preparation:
I soaked the dates in boiling water and set aside for about 15 minutes. Before cooking, I rinsed the groats 1-2 times under cold running water. Then I cooked the millet groats in coconut milk with cocoa following the recipe on the packaging.
Next, when the groats slightly cooled, I added the banana, flour, dates and cinnamon, and blended everything (if necessary, you can add a small amount of water to obtain the right texture). I topped the pudding with crushed nuts.
