Cold pudding pumpkin and banana pie

Guys,how about one more pumpkin pie? I praise the pumpkin in recent weeks almost in every recipe, so this time the post will be without any unnecessary comment 🙂

Only encouragement is that the cake is … DELICIOUS 🙂 easy to prepare and you dont have to use the oven.

A method of preparing:
Bake the pumpkin for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Then mix it with banana and put it into a pan, add agar agar and cook while mixing for about 8 minutes on a medium heat.
Mix the remaining ingredients for the crust of the cake – the water will glue the ingredients together.
Place the baking paper on to the round baking mold of 26 cm diameter, place the crust dough and put it in the freezer. Wait until the pumpkin mousse will slightly cool down. Once its done, add it on the crust and place in the freezer for about an hour. I decorated it with raspberries.

Serve cold!
