Healthy Sweets for Valentine’s Day

Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day. As always, I encourage you to choose presents that will not only be full of love and sweets, but also… health! Can it be sweet without adding white sugar? Of course! You can find the list of substitutes I recommend, for example HERE.

 

Remember that in addition to classic sugar alternatives (sweeteners such as xylitol or erythritol), you can use dried and fresh fruit. The following are great for baking and desserts: 

  • soaked, blended dates;
  • dried plums or raisins;
  • bananas.

 

In this entry, I have gathered some favorite recipes from my blog that will be perfect for Valentine’s Day. You can prepare each of them today, and their main theme is cocoa and chocolate (which I always associate with Valentine’s).
