Crispy Cookies

Today I have a recipe for those who definitely prefer cookies to cakes. Strange as it may seem, believe me, there are such people. With them on my mind, I prepared this recipe for gluten-free cookies with cinnamon flavor. They go perfectly with hot tea on a winter’s evening while you’re planning Christmas presents for your loved ones 🙂

 

Preparation:

I combined all the ingredients, kneaded the dough and refrigerated it for about 30 minutes. Then I took the dough out of the fridge, rolled it out and cut cookies with cookie cutters. I baked them at 180°C for about 25 minutes. They taste best the next day.
