Easter Brownie

My favorite part of Easter preparations is baking. Apart from the traditional pound cake and mazurka cake, this year I’m going to prepare brownie.

 

Preparation

I cooked the groats in 2 cups salted water until the groats absorbed it. Then I whipped the egg whites and added the yolks to the groats. I stirred in all the remaining ingredients and mixed. Then I gently added the foam and combined everything. Next I baked the cake at 180℃ for about 50 minutes and left it to cool in the oven until it congealed. I sprinkled the almond flakes over the cake.
