Eggs in Parma Ham Baskets
There’s more to life than oatmeal. 😉 You know that variety is in my opinion one of the most important components of a healthy diet. In order to provide the body with the right amount of vitamins and minerals, it is worth making sure that what lands on the plate is not monotonous.
Apart from health reasons, diversifying our dishes visually helps us focus more on the eating process, which is a very important component of nutritional hygiene. An attractively prepared meal will make processed alternatives less interesting. That’s why today I have a recipe for simple eggs in an unusual version. 🙂
Preparation:
I heated the oven to 180°C and in the meantime started preparing the dish. I greased the ramekins and lined the sides of the ramekins and the bottom with slices of ham and chopped kale. I cracked the eggs in and sprinkled them with salt and pepper. Then I baked them at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Quick and tasty!
