Farewell to summer September the 7th Workout Join in!

It’s getting colder. The summer is slowly fading, and the Autumn chill is treacherously trying to take our good mood away – let’s not let it do that!

Let’s keep the good weather, but in ourselves 🙂

I propose charging up the batteries during a workout in Warsaw. The more of us, the more of good energy will be exchanged! And we will gain motivation for action in post vacation time.

You will be wormed up with zumba, leaded by my friend Katrin Kargbo, and then we’ll get moving all together 🙂

The workout will take place on September the 7th (Sunday) at 12:00pm in the Sport and Recreation center in Warsaw at Polna street.

All willing are kindly requested to transfer 50 PLN (entry closes at September the 5th) on account, putting in the transfer title “Workout – Farewell to Summer”, account number: Anna Lewandowska, Bank Pekao SA 40 1240 1040 1111 0010 5589 0561. Please send the Transfer confirmation on the following email address:….which guaranties workout entry pass at the day of the event.

All attending the workout will be insured and shall receive Rexona and hpba gifts. Drinking water for everybody will be provided.
