Finger-Licking Cornflake Chicken Nuggets

We usually associate nuggets with fast food restaurants. Fortunately, we can also make them at home. Preparing a meal on your own guarantees that it will not only be tasty, but also healthy. If you’re a fan of such dishes, you must try my recipe for fit nuggets in cornflakes. This time they’re roasted, not fried. The preparation is child’s play and takes little time. Enjoy!

 

Preparation:

I beat the egg in a bowl. In another one, I combined the dry ingredients (you can crush the cornflakes). Then I cut the chicken breast into strips, seasoned them and put them into the egg mixture and then into the cornflakes. I baked them on a tin lined with baking paper for about 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
