Forest Fruit Smoothie

Do you ever eat blackberries? I have the impression that they are a bit of a forgotten fruit. We definitely reach more often for the more easily accessible and cheaper strawberries, raspberries or blueberries. That’s why today I would like to encourage you, if you have the opportunity, to diversify your diet and try these exceptional fruits. Their intense color is due to anthocyanins, a group of compounds that belong to strong antioxidants. Studies show that berries (including blackberries) are particularly beneficial for brain health.

 

Smoothies are an ideal form of meal that can serve as a concentrated dose of nutrients. Will you use my inspiration today? 🙂
