Red Borscht with Gluten-Free Egg Noodles

Some of you will probably serve red borscht for Christmas dinner, others will enjoy mushroom soup. Those who opt for the first choice will find a tried recipe for Christmas red borscht HERE. If you would like to serve it in a slightly different way, I have an idea for you – gluten-free egg noodles, which are a great alternative to ravioli or cobblers.

 

Preparation:

I cracked the eggs into a cup, added the flour, salt and water and stirred briskly. In the meantime I boiled water in a pot. I poured the noodle mixture slowly and steadily into the pot with boiling water and slightly stirred to keep the shape of the noodles. They are best served fresh.
