Gluten-Free Pancakes for Everyone!

I love surprising you with new products! Recently, there has been a unique launch in the Foods by Ann store, which my whole family are very happy about! This time it’s something for fans of sweet breakfasts: gluten-free pancakes in two versions to choose from, standard and protein. Why have I chosen these two options? The first one has worked for everyone, both big and small household members, and the second one, with vegetable protein, is a great solution for active people who work out on a regular basis to support their muscles.

 

 

A good gluten-free pancake batter is often a challenge. Not every flour is suitable, and buying several types and experimenting can be very tedious. I can remember very well what my countertop looked like when I was making pancakes for the whole family with several packages of different kinds of flour. Let’s make life easier! The ready-made pancake mix is undoubtedly a time and space saver in the kitchen, and a guarantee of success because these pancakes always turn out well. It will also be perfect for weekend or holiday trips.

The handy package contains as many as 5 or 6 flours in ideal proportions. It is a unique mixture perfect for preparing delicious, nutritious pancakes without the need to add eggs and milk, which is especially important for vegans and people with allergies. Quick, easy, convenient, and fun. They are of course without added sugar, lactose, palm oil, and preservatives.

 

 

Pancakes taste great with my jams, nut spreads, chocolate creams and coconut mousse (you can find them HERE). I also like to add pieces of fruit or crushed nuts on top. There are plenty of possibilities. When I serve these pancakes, they disappear in the blink of an eye!
