Often, the cause of inflammation in the body is stronger than us and it is not easy to avoid them, such as a polluted environment or injuries to which we had no influence.

Look closely and if you notice some symptoms, it’s possible that the inflammation is already attacking you:

According to Ayurvedic medicine, adding pepper to  turmeric results in a better absorption of turmeric. It is also worth eating turmeric with fat. After 1 hour of consumption, the concentration of turmeric metabolites is the highest.

Golden Latte

Recipe:

  • 400 ml of coconut milk or other vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of cardamom
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or coconut sugar
  • optional 1 esspresso

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients and cook  on low heat. Then blend, so that the milk will foam and then add a teaspoon of turmeric.

If you want to sweeten with honey, add it at the very end.

You can add one espresso to this drink if you need a good start in the morning.

Sprobuje golden latte. Wlasnie przeszlam infekcje zoladka plus bacteria w zoladku. A ja ciagle bylam z siebie niezadowolona, ze cwicze a brzuch juz po nawet kilku lykach wody p.o. treningu jest nadety ? A tu sie okazalo, ze przyczyna jest gdzies glebiej
