Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
You often ask me: Ann, don’t you ever feel like having some ready-made sweets? Hm… it’s hard for me to answer this question because I know that you can make yummy sweets in a healthy version at home ?.
Preparation:
I heated up the coconut oil with flax seeds, added the remaining ingredients (except for the nuts and the chocolate) and combined them. I refrigerated the dough for a while and then stirred in chopped nuts and chopped chocolate. I shaped the cookies from the dough and sprinkled them with the salt. I baked them at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
