Home-made Chocolate to Die For
Chocolate with a hint of nuts, with raisins and goji berries – sounds yummy? How about some healthy, home-made chocolate which only takes 5 minutes to prepare? Follow the recipe, wrap it up and share with your closest ones. It might just be the perfect gift for the upcoming festive season 🙂
Preparation:
I melted the oil in a saucepan, mixed in the cocoa and cashew butter. Then I added the spices, cooked for a short while and left to cool. I added the honey and stirred. Next I transferred the mixture to a mould, sprinkled with some salt and other toppings (nuts, goji berries and raisins). At the end I refrigerated the chocolate overnight.
