Homemade Healthy Butterscotch

Do you like butterscotch? Traditional butterscotch is popular ingredient in cake recipes. Homemade version can be just as delicious!  🙂 I use it e.g. to sweeten my porridge, for healthy cakes and desserts. It’s also great with pancakes! You can store it in a fridge for several days. Have a yummy day 🙂

 

Preparation:

I soaked the dates in hot water (for about 15 minutes). Then I added coconut milk, cocoa, vanilla, and blended all the ingredients until smooth. At the end I stirred in my vanilla protein blend 🙂
